On this page, you will learn how to insert text and shapes onto your prezi presentation.

This screen is your canvas.From here you can insert text, shapes, and photos.
1. To bring up the text box, you will double click anywhere on the canvas. You will bring up the box shown in the screen shot.How to Insert Text, Shapes, and Pictures - Prezi
2. After the box is up, you can type any text you would like into the text box.
3. When you are done inserting text, you will then click the Ok button in the bottom right corner of the box.






Next we will look at inserting shapes and photos onto the canvas.
4. When looking at your screen, click on the circle that says insert in the top left corner of your screen.
5. From the two options, choose shapes.

After selecting shapes, you have the option to draw arrows or free draw lines and highlighter lines.
6. Choose the arrow option
7. In order to draw the arrow, you will click and hold where you want the non-pointed end to be and drag your mouse till you have the size arrow you would like to have. When you have the size you want release the mouse button. How to Insert Text, Shapes, and Pictures - Prezi




Now we will try the free draw tool. This is done by clicking on either the line or highlighter button under the arrow button.
8. When drawing a free line all you have to do is click and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse around where you want the highlighter.
